Ambition Leadership offers immersive leadership offsite experiences at the National Flight Academy on Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. Our goal is to generate interest and exposure, aiming to get corporate leadership teams to commit to a one or two-night experience aboard the USS Ambition at the National Flight Academy. We stand out from other leadership programs by providing one of the most immersive leadership and teamwork training experiences in the country, where real-world missions and flight simulation put the importance of leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills to the test.

As a combat F/A-18 pilot, Topgun instructor, and Blue Angels flight leader, I commanded high-performance teams with life-and-death consequences. As a civilian, I build leaders who excel in any arena. My experience proves that leadership can be taught; I equip clients to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact.
